Pulsating Landing Lights May Scare Birds

Pulsating lights on aircraft is an area of research that is being studied by the government and commercial companies. Precise Flight has developed and installed such a system on several airlines. Much of the research is focused on validation and there is no conclusive evidence that pulsating lights on aircraft actually scare birds.
